CHAPTER 1
ANOTHER ANGEL COMES DOWN FROM HEAVEN
“And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.”

What a scene!
John witnesses a majestic angel descending with great power, and the whole earth is illuminated with glory.
This is not just an angel — this is a messenger of divine unveiling.
This angel represents the revelation of Jesus Christ going forth with power and clarity in the final hour.
Where Babylon’s confusion once ruled, this angel brings light.
Where mixture once dimmed the truth, this glory begins to pierce through.
A Messenger of the Lamb’s Glory
The word “angel” here means messenger —
and this is not just a heavenly being, but a picture of the manifested ministry of Christ in His overcoming company.
“He makes His angels spirits, and His ministers a flame of fire.” (Hebrews 1:7)
This messenger comes from heaven, not from Babylon.
He descends carrying glory, not opinions.
He doesn’t bring partial truth, but a message that shakes the system.
This is the beginning of the final announcement —
Babylon is about to fall.
The Earth Was Lightened with His Glory
Darkness has ruled for ages —
through religious confusion, deception, and mixture.
But now —
a light from heaven begins to shine.
This is not natural light.
This is the glory of Christ,
revealed through a remnant people,
carrying the testimony of truth without mixture.
“Arise, shine, for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.” (Isaiah 60:1)
Jesus Revealed — The Light-Bearer
This angelic figure reflects the very nature of Jesus:
He is the true Light who lights every man (John 1:9)
He is the brightness of the Father’s glory (Hebrews 1:3)
He is the One who fills the earth with His knowledge (Habakkuk 2:14)
This revelation isn’t about escaping the earth —
It’s about illuminating it with truth!
A Shift in the Spirit
This verse marks a spiritual transition.

The angel’s arrival prepares the way for Babylon’s exposure.
No judgment comes until light has been revealed.

CHAPTER 2
BABYLON THE GREAT IS FALLEN
“And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen…”
— Revelation 18:2
A voice breaks the silence — a strong, mighty voice from heaven.
The announcement echoes through the spirit realm:
Babylon is fallen, is fallen!
Not just once.
Twice.
A double witness.
A complete fall.
This is the divine decree of heaven:
The religious system of confusion, mixture, and spiritual harlotry is overthrown.
Not reformed.
Not improved.
But fallen.
Who Is Babylon the Great?
Babylon is not a city of brick and stone,
but a spiritual system —
the religious harlot described in Revelation 17.
She is:
Drunk on the blood of the saints
Clothed in purple and scarlet
Full of false glory and mixture
Riding the beast of world power
Babylon represents false religion:
A system that claims Christ but denies His power.
A gospel of control instead of liberty.
A bride turned prostitute.
“The Habitation of Devils…”
After her fall, her true nature is revealed:
“…and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”
Babylon was not holy —
she was haunted.
Behind her outward beauty was demonic influence.
What looked like worship was manipulation.
What looked like glory was deception.
This is the judgment of exposure.
The harlot’s veil is torn, and her true spirit is uncovered.
Jesus Revealed — The True Temple of God
While Babylon falls,
Jesus is revealed as the true dwelling place of God.
He is the cornerstone of the spiritual house (1 Peter 2:6)
He builds a temple not made with hands
He does not dwell in confusion, but in truth and light
As Babylon is cast down,
the Bride is rising — a holy city, a new Jerusalem, a prepared people.
“Is Fallen, Is Fallen” — The Double Witness
The phrase is repeated twice:
“Babylon is fallen, is fallen…”
Why?
Because:
It is established by two witnesses (Deuteronomy 19:15)
It is final and complete
It signals the total collapse of spiritual deception
The first fall is spiritual —

CHAPTER 3
COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people,
that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
— Revelation 18:4
This is not a whisper.
This is a heavenly cry.
A call of urgency and love to God’s own.
God is not speaking to the nations here.
He is not addressing the beast or Babylon.
He is speaking to His people —
those still entangled in the system.
A Divine Alarm
“Come out of her!”
Why?
Because to stay in Babylon is to share in her sins…
and to receive of her judgments.
Even though they are God’s people,
they are dwelling in mixture,
serving under religious deception,
and participating in a system that Christ is overthrowing.
God does not want His sons to be judged with Babylon.
He wants them to rise from her ashes and enter the Kingdom.
Jesus Revealed — The Shepherd Calling His Own
This voice from heaven is the voice of Christ.
The Good Shepherd calls His sheep to safety.
Just as He called Lazarus from the tomb,
He now calls His elect out of spiritual death.
“My sheep hear My voice… and they follow Me.” (John 10:27)
This call is not merely geographical —
It is spiritual.
It’s a call to come out of:
False doctrine
Religious bondage
Mixture
Control
Fear-based preaching
Man-centered worship
A Separation for Purification
“Come out of her” is not a call to rebellion —
it’s a call to refinement.
God is purifying a Bride.
He is gathering a firstfruits company,
a people who will walk in Spirit and in truth.
Babylon’s fall is imminent.
And before the plagues fall upon her,
Christ gives one last call of mercy:
“Come out of her, My people…”
The Elect Must Leave the Mixture
Many of God’s sons are still trapped in religious institutions.
They love God, but they are serving Him in a system He has already left.
They are feeding in dead fields,
drinking from polluted wells,
and sitting under leaders God never ordained.
This call is for them.
This is deliverance by voice.
When He speaks, the elect will hear —
and those with ears will come out.

CHAPTER 4
HER SINS HAVE REACHED UNTO HEAVEN
“For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.”

The hour of accountability has come.
Babylon, once hidden in religious garments,
now stands fully exposed before heaven.
Her sins have risen like a tower,
stacked one upon another,
until they have reached the very throne of God.
This is not a light matter.
This is divine exposure.
And Jesus is the One shining the light.
The Accumulation of Iniquity
“Her sins have reached…”
This implies a progressive building —
Not one offense, but a continual piling up of mixture, pride, and corruption.
False doctrines added over generations
Systems of control layered over time
Substituting form for power
Trading intimacy for performance
Merchandising the things of God
It is a religious skyscraper,
but its foundation is sand,
and its future is collapse.
God Hath Remembered
“God hath remembered her iniquities…”
This isn’t a lapse of forgetfulness.
It is divine justice.
God is not forgetful.
But He is longsuffering.
Now, His patience has met its limit —
and His judgment is righteous.
Christ, the righteous Judge,
will not let iniquity reign forever under the guise of holiness.
He remembers —
not to shame, but to make all things right.
Jesus Revealed — The True High Priest
Babylon’s iniquity is remembered,
but Jesus, our High Priest, has offered a better blood.
Where Babylon’s system offered dead works,
Jesus offered Himself once for all (Hebrews 10:10).
Where Babylon hid sin under garments of religion,
Jesus exposes sin to redeem from it.
He does not build towers of iniquity —
He lays Zion’s foundation in righteousness.
When Grace Turns to Judgment
There comes a point when grace gives way to cleansing.
Not because love has failed —
but because truth demands justice.
This is the hour when:
God exposes what man has hidden
Light reveals what religion has concealed
Heaven remembers what Babylon tried to bury
This is not the wrath of man.
This is the cleansing fire of Christ —
the very same fire that purifies the Bride.

CHAPTER 5
REWARD HER EVEN AS SHE REWARDED YOU
“Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.”
— Revelation 18:6
The day of divine recompense has come.
Heaven is not silent anymore.
The system that once claimed to represent God, yet persecuted His true witnesses, is now facing judgment in proportion to her deeds.
This is not human revenge.
This is righteous justice.
Christ, the righteous Judge, executes judgment with balance and equity.
And what Babylon poured out on others will now return to her — double.
The Cup of Her Own Making
Babylon filled a cup…
and now she must drink of it.
She handed out:
Spiritual confusion
Religious control
False prophecy
Persecution of the prophets
Merchandise of men’s souls
She served that cup to the nations,
and now God says,
“Fill to her double.”
This is not vengeance from flesh —
it is divine recompense from the hand of Christ.
“For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged.” (Matthew 7:2)
Jesus Revealed — The Just Rewarder
Jesus is not only Savior — He is Judge.
He does not overlook injustice.
He does not allow His overcomers to be trodden forever.
He comes to:
Reward every man according to their works (Revelation 22:12)
Vindicate His prophets and apostles
Remove the covering cast over all nations (Isaiah 25:7)
The system that mocked the Spirit,

that persecuted those sent by God,
now receives divine balance.
Double for Her Double
The phrase “double unto her double” speaks of completeness and finality.
She sowed double corruption — now she reaps double exposure.
She promoted double-minded doctrine — now she drinks a double portion of judgment.
This is a harvest season.
And every seed Babylon has planted
will return to her multiplied.
A Warning to the Remnant
Let this be a sobering call to the saints:
What we sow in spirit, we shall reap.
What we give to others, will be returned to us.
The true Bride walks in mercy, truth, and grace.
Babylon walks in mixture, manipulation, and pride.
Now the lines are drawn.
And the reward of each system is being made manifest.

CHAPTER 6
SHE SAYS IN HER HEART, “I SIT A QUEEN”
“How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.”
— Revelation 18:7
The heart of Babylon is now exposed.
Not the outward show, but the inner motive.
She is not humble.
She is enthroned in pride.
She has exalted herself to a place God never placed her.
She believes she is the queen, the crowned one, the chosen bride —
but her throne is counterfeit,
her royalty is self-appointed,
and her confidence is rooted in illusion.
“I Sit a Queen…”
This is the voice of religious arrogance.
Babylon proclaims herself as the reigning authority,
claiming the identity of the Bride,
but without submission to the Bridegroom.
She rules without intimacy
Declares position without union
Claims glory without suffering
Pretends security without obedience
This is not the voice of the Lamb’s wife —
this is the voice of the great harlot.
“I Am No Widow…”
She sees no separation between herself and God —
even though He has already left her camp.
Like ancient Israel, she has a temple without glory.
She has the outer garments,
but the Ark of Presence is gone.
Yet she proclaims,
“I am no widow.”
“I am secure.”
“I shall not see sorrow.”
But Christ says otherwise.
“You say, ‘I am rich… and have need of nothing,’ but you don’t realize that you are wretched, poor, blind, and naked.”

Jesus Revealed — The True Husband of the Bride
Jesus is not married to Babylon.
He is joined to a chaste virgin, a pure Bride (2 Corinthians 11:2).
He is coming for a people clothed in humility and truth,
not those enthroned in religious pride.
The true Bride does not glorify herself —
she glorifies the Lamb.
She does not sit in her own authority —
she rules with Christ through union.
Judgment According to Arrogance
“To the degree she glorified herself… give her torment and sorrow.”
This is divine balance.
The prideful exaltation will be met with divine humbling.
The fake throne will be thrown down.
The false queen will be dethroned.
This is not cruelty.
It is the righteous dealings of a jealous God,
who will not share His glory with another.

IN ONE HOUR HER JUDGMENT COMES
“Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.”

“…for in one hour is thy judgment come.”
— Revelation 18:10
Heaven’s gavel has struck.
The verdict has been issued.
Judgment is not only certain — it is sudden.
In one hour, Babylon — the mighty religious system that claimed dominion over nations and souls — is brought to ruin.
Not over centuries.
Not over decades.
But in a moment — by the hand of the Strong Lord God who judges her.
The Suddenness of Divine Justice
This phrase “in one hour” reveals more than timing —
it speaks of shock, urgency, and irreversibility.
Babylon believed she was secure.
She boasted of longevity, stability, and unshakable foundations.
But in one divine moment, the false throne falls.
Her candles are snuffed.
Her music silenced.
Her markets collapse.
Her name becomes a memory.
This is the collapse of all that is built on sand.
She Shall Be Utterly Burned With Fire
Not partial.
Not delayed.
Utterly.
This fire is not from men —
it is the fire of God’s presence, the same fire seen on the Mount,
the same fire that fell at Pentecost,
now turned toward judgment.
“Our God is a consuming fire.” — Hebrews 12:29
Babylon’s works are revealed for what they are —
wood, hay, and stubble.
And the fire finds nothing eternal in her foundation.
Jesus Revealed — The One Whose Eyes Are as Flames
This is the Christ who walks in the midst of the lampstands.
The One whose eyes are like fire (Revelation 1:14),
whose Word divides as a sword,
and whose judgments are true and righteous altogether.
Jesus is not only the Lamb —
He is the Lion.
He is not only meek —
He is mighty in judgment.
Babylon falls because she has opposed the Head —
and now the Head speaks from heaven.
Why One Hour?
To demonstrate:
That God is not slow concerning His promise
That systems built in rebellion will not stand
That He alone controls the times and seasons
Babylon’s fall is not delayed.
It happens exactly when the Lord decrees.
And when it comes, there is no escape.

CHAPTER 8
THE MERCHANTS WEEP AND WAIL
“And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more.”
— Revelation 18:11
The fall of Babylon is not only a religious collapse —
it’s an economic and spiritual market crash.
A marketplace built on deception, false promises, and the merchandising of God’s things is brought to a standstill.
And those who grew rich through her false system?
They weep.
Not because they loved her —
but because their profits perished with her.
Religion for Sale
The merchants represent more than literal businesspeople.
They are the dealers in the spirit,
those who sold what should have been freely given.
Babylon became a spiritual economy:
Turning the anointing into a product
Selling salvation like merchandise
Using the gospel for gain
Peddling prophetic words and positions
They sold pulpits, favor, and platforms —
and the people bought them.
But when Babylon falls,
there is no more market for lies.
The List of Merchandise
Verses 12–13 list an inventory that includes:
Gold and silver
Fine linen and scarlet
Precious stones
Horses and chariots
AND… “souls of men”
This is the ultimate tragedy.
The souls of men — treated as inventory.
Used for gain.
Numbered like cattle.
This is the fruit of a system not rooted in Christ.
Jesus Revealed — The Giver, Not the Seller
Jesus never sold His presence.
He never placed a price on healing, deliverance, or wisdom.
“Freely you have received, freely give.” — Matthew 10:8
He overturned the tables in the temple because they turned the house of prayer into a den of thieves.
He is now overturning the system again —
this time, forever.
Their Weeping Is Not Repentance
The merchants weep…
but not because of truth.
They weep because their trade has stopped.
This is not sorrow leading to repentance —
it’s loss without transformation.
They are grieved over the fall of their empire,
not the souls they misled.
The Spiritual Marketplace Shuts Down
When Christ judges Babylon:
The platform-driven ministry collapses
The celebrity preacher culture dies
The selling of sacraments ends
The profit-driven gospel is silenced
Christ is raising up a priesthood, not a product.

CHAPTER 9
HEAVEN REJOICES AT HER FALL
“Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.”

A rare moment in Scripture:
Heaven rejoices not over the saving of souls,
but over the fall of a false system.
Why?
Because Babylon has been a persecutor of the prophets,
a murderer of messengers,
and a great deceiver of nations.
Now the righteous judgments of God have prevailed,
and heaven responds with a thunderous hallelujah.

Apostles

And heaven itself
These are the ones Babylon resisted,
silenced, and rejected.
She hated truth and loved tradition.
She mocked the spirit of prophecy and exalted dead letters.
But now God avenges His voice-bearers.
Those sent in humility are now honored.
Those who stood alone in obedience are now seen.
The ones Babylon cast out —
heaven now calls blessed.
The Justice of God Is Worthy of Rejoicing
This is not a carnal celebration.
This is not rejoicing in destruction —
but in the righteousness of God finally prevailing.
His truth has triumphed.
His judgments are just.
His Kingdom is being established.
All of heaven celebrates because the obstacle to the Bride’s fullness has fallen.
Jesus Revealed — The Defender of His Servants
Jesus is not only the Judge of Babylon —
He is the Defender of His witnesses.
“Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.” — Psalm 105:15
He knows what His servants have suffered:
Mocked pulpits
Closed doors
False accusations

CHAPTER 10
A MIGHTY ANGEL CASTS A MILLSTONE
“And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, ‘Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.’”
— Revelation 18:21
The scene is dramatic.
Final.
Unmistakable.
A mighty angel—a messenger of divine strength—casts a great millstone into the sea.
It doesn’t float.
It doesn’t pause.
It sinks with violent certainty.
Babylon—the great city of religious confusion, mixture, and pride—
is now utterly overthrown.
And heaven declares:
She shall be found no more at all.
The Millstone: Symbol of Irreversible Judgment
A millstone is not a light object.
It is massive, heavy, and final.
To cast it into the sea is to ensure it never returns.
This symbol is used with precision:
Babylon is not simply wounded — she is removed
Not just corrected — but cast down permanently
“It would be better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck…” — Luke 17:2
In Scripture, the millstone represents judgment upon those who offend and mislead.
Babylon has offended the little ones,
misled the nations,
fornicated with kings,
and merchandised souls.

Jesus is not only the Lamb,

“No more at all in thee…”
