When Jesus cried, “It is finished,” the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom. That veil didn’t just rip — it was divinely shredded by the hand of God to open access to His Presence for all mankind.
But what has religion done?
It stitched the veil back up.
With laws.
With guilt.
With fear.
With buildings, titles, and traditions.
It handed people sewing needles and said, “Cover yourself. You’re not ready. You’re not holy enough.”
But the gospel of the Kingdom declares something radically different:
“We all, with unveiled face, behold the glory of the Lord…” (2 Cor. 3:18)
You were never meant to approach God through a veil. You were born to see Him face to face, to be transformed from glory to glory, and to walk boldly in sonship. That veil represented the old covenant. And it’s finished.
