The Sword Is Out — The Saints Are Called to Reign
The Spirit of the Lord is moving with urgency in this hour, and the word is clear: The sword is out. Heaven has drawn it, and it is in the hands of the King and His company of overcomers. This is not the hour for hesitation or retreat — this is the hour to reign in life through Jesus Christ.
The Sword of His Mouth
In Revelation 19, John sees a Rider on a white horse, and a sharp sword proceeds from His mouth to strike the nations. This is no natural weapon — it is the living Word of God, full of authority, judgment, and life. The same sword that cuts down darkness also raises up a people who walk in His victory.
The saints are not bystanders in this vision. They ride with Him, clothed in fine linen, following the King in His conquest. This is the call to the overcomer company — to wield the same Word that destroys lies, dismantles systems of oppression, and releases the government of God into the earth. The Sword Is Out!
Reigning Now, Not Later
For too long, religion has delayed the reign of the saints into a distant future. But the finished work of Christ is a present reality. We are called to rule and reign now, not after death, not after some far-off event. Paul writes in Romans 5:17, “Those who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.”
This reigning is not political control or worldly domination — it is the manifestation of the Kingdom through righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. It is authority over sin, power over the works of darkness, and boldness to declare the truth of God’s Word without compromise.
The Restoration of Zion
Isaiah saw a day when Zion would be restored, her walls rebuilt, and her gates open continually. That restoration is taking place in a people right now. Zion is not just a city — it is a company of sons and daughters who carry the glory of the King, who live from His throne, and who administer His will in the earth. The Sword Is Out!
The sword is the instrument by which Zion is purified and established. It cuts away mixture, burns away compromise, and prepares a Bride without spot or wrinkle. Every word the Lord speaks is both creative and corrective, bringing the saints into alignment with His eternal purpose.
A Call to the Overcomers
If you are reading this, you are being summoned. The King is riding out, the sword is in His hand, and He is looking for those who will ride with Him. This is not a spectator’s gospel — it is an invitation to step into the ranks of those who overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. The Sword Is Out!
It will take courage. It will take a willingness to confront lies with truth, to endure the fire of purification, and to walk in the authority you have been given. But it will also bring the greatest joy — the joy of reigning with Christ, the joy of seeing Zion established, the joy of being part of the company that will never see death.
The Sword Is Out — Will You Take Your Place?
The Spirit is moving now. The sword is not being drawn someday — it is drawn now. The question is not whether the King will ride, but whether you will ride with Him.
Receive His Word. Let it cut, heal, and empower you. Stand in your place as a son or daughter of the Kingdom. Speak with authority. Live with purity. Walk in victory. The nations are waiting, and the time is now.
