The Throne of God — Let Us Make Man in Our Image and Let Them Have Dominion is a powerful biblical teaching that reveals God’s original purpose for creation through Genesis 1:26. This book explores the meaning of the image of God, dominion in the earth, the royal priesthood, and the government of God revealed through man. By tracing the thread of dominion from Genesis to Revelation, Carl Timothy Wray unveils the plan of the ages, the restoration of identity through Christ, and the manifestation of the sons of God as kings and priests. This book answers key questions about God’s purpose for man, the meaning of dominion in the Bible, the Melchizedek priesthood, and how the knowledge of the glory of the Lord will fill the earth.

🔥 The Throne of God: INTRODUCTION
The First Decree — The Thought of God
Before there was a fall…
before there was sin…
before there was law…
There was a decree.
Not a reaction.
Not a recovery plan.
But a purpose.
“Let us make man in our image… after our likeness: and let them have dominion.”
This is the first time God speaks concerning man —
and in this one statement, He reveals everything.
The Scripture is not a collection of disconnected ideas.
It is the unfolding of a single thought:
👉 Man created in the image of God
👉 Man given dominion in the earth
👉 Man expressing the very government of God
This is the beginning of the Throne of God revealed.
The Throne of God is not merely a place in heaven.
It is the source of all authority, all life, and all government.
And from the beginning, God intended that His Throne
would be expressed through man in the earth.
“Let them have dominion.”
This was not a temporary assignment.
This was not a conditional experiment.
This was the eternal purpose of God for creation.
Yet through the ages, men have built teachings
that begin somewhere other than the beginning.
They begin with the fall.
They begin with sin.
They begin with escape.
And in doing so, they violate the first decree.
God never created man to leave the earth.
He created man to fill the earth.
He never intended dominion to be abandoned.
He intended it to be revealed.
“The meek shall inherit the earth.”
“Thy kingdom come… Thy will be done in earth…”
“The earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord.”
These are not separate ideas.
They are the continuation of the first decree.
This book is written to bring the reader back
to the beginning — to the thought of God Himself.
To see what was spoken before anything was broken.
To understand that what God declared in Genesis
is not lost…
It is unfolding.
Dominion from Genesis to Revelation
is the unbroken thread of Scripture.
The Throne of God is revealed in the beginning,
restored through Christ,
and manifested through a people.
And until this first decree is seen clearly,
everything else will be misunderstood.
But once it is seen…
🧭 Chapter 1 — The First Decree: The Thought of God
The Throne of God — The First Decree Establishes Dominion from the Beginning
“Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
The first time God speaks concerning man, He does not speak of sin.
He does not speak of failure.
He does not speak of recovery.
He speaks of image.
He speaks of dominion.
This is the first decree — and within it is the entire purpose of creation.
The Throne of God is revealed here, not as a distant place, but as the source of authority expressed through man in the earth.
From the beginning:
Man was created in the image of God.
Man was created to carry His likeness.
Man was created to exercise dominion.
This is the thought of God.
The Scripture Witness — The Foundation of the First Decree
Genesis 1:26–28
“So God created man in his own image… and God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion…”
Psalm 8:4–6
“What is man, that thou art mindful of him?… Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands…”
Isaiah 46:9–10
“I am God… declaring the end from the beginning… saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.”
Ephesians 1:9–11
“Having made known unto us the mystery of his will… according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself.”
The Image of God — The Identity of Man
To be made in the image of God is to reflect His nature, to express His character, and to reveal His life within creation.
Man was not created empty.
Man was created as a vessel of expression.
God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into him the breath of life. — Genesis 2:7
The breath of God in man reveals that man was designed to live from God, not apart from Him.
Image is not appearance.
Image is expression.
Man was created to express God in the earth.
Dominion — The Expression of the Throne of God
Dominion is not control through force.
It is not domination through power.
Dominion is the expression of divine authority through union with God.
“The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.” — Psalm 103:19
The Throne of God is the source of all rule, all authority, and all government.
And from the beginning, God intended that His Throne would be expressed through man.
Man was created to govern, to steward, and to bring creation into alignment with the will of God.
This is dominion.
Priesthood and Kingship — The Design in Seed Form
In the beginning, man was both priest and king.
He walked with God.
He carried His presence.
He governed the earth from union.
“And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.” — Genesis 2:15
To keep the garden was not merely labor — it was stewardship.
To walk with God was not casual — it was priesthood.
This is the pattern later revealed:
“Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.” — Psalm 110:4
“For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the most high God…” — Hebrews 7:1
From the beginning:
Priesthood (union with God)
Kingship (dominion in the earth)
The Throne and the earth were always connected through man.
The Earth — The Realm of Dominion
“The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.” — Psalm 115:16
God assigned the earth to man.
Dominion was not given in heaven.
It was given in the earth.
“Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.” — Matthew 5:5
“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10
“The earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord…” — Habakkuk 2:14
The purpose of God has always been clear:
Not escape from the earth —
but the filling of the earth.
The First Decree Stands Forever
“Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.” — Acts 15:18
“Whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever…” — Ecclesiastes 3:14
God does not change His purpose.
What He declared in Genesis remains true.
The fall did not cancel dominion.
It veiled it.
The image was not removed.
It was obscured.
But the thought of God has never been broken.
It has been unfolding.
The Thread Established — Dominion from Genesis to Revelation
The Throne of God revealed in Genesis establishes that man was created in His image to have dominion in the earth.
This is the thread that runs through all Scripture:
From Genesis…
Through the prophets…
Through Christ…
Through the apostles…
Into Revelation…
What began as a decree will end as a manifestation.
A people in His image.
A people in His likeness.
A people exercising dominion.
Declaration
You were not created to leave the earth.
You were created to fill it.
You were not created to be separated from God.
You were created to express Him.
The image remains.
The dominion stands.
The Throne of God is being revealed.
Call to Action
Return to the beginning.
Read the first decree again.
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion.”
Let that word reshape your understanding.
Continue into the next chapter and see how dominion was veiled — but never removed.
🧭 Chapter 2 — The Fall: Dominion Veiled, Not Removed
The Throne of God — The Decree Stands Even After the Fall
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
What God declared in the beginning was not undone by what followed.
The fall did not cancel the decree.
It did not rewrite the purpose.
It did not remove dominion.
It introduced a veil.
God’s thought remained the same.
Man’s perception became distorted.
The Throne of God was not shaken —
but man’s ability to see, walk in, and express that reality was hindered.
The Entrance of the Veil — A Shift in Awareness
“And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked…” — Genesis 3:7
“And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden… and Adam and his wife hid themselves…” — Genesis 3:8
The first evidence of the fall was not the loss of image —
it was the loss of awareness.
Man did not become something different in origin.
He became something different in understanding.
Shame replaced confidence.
Fear replaced fellowship.
Hiding replaced communion.
The image was still present.
But it was no longer clearly seen.
The Image Obscured — Not Destroyed
“This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him.” — Genesis 5:1
Even after the fall, the Scripture still declares:
👉 Man was made in the likeness of God
The image was not erased.
It was obscured.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23
To fall short of the glory is not to lose the image —
it is to fail to express it.
The issue was not that man no longer bore God’s image.
The issue was that man no longer manifested it.
Dominion Interrupted in Expression — Not in Purpose
“Cursed is the ground for thy sake…” — Genesis 3:17
The earth itself reflects the shift.
What was once governed in harmony
now resists alignment.
Dominion became labor.
Authority became struggle.
Stewardship became toil.
Yet even here, the decree remains untouched.
God did not say:
👉 “Let us remove dominion”
He never reversed His word.
The purpose stands — even when the expression is hindered.
The God of This World — The Veiling of Perception
“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not…” — 2 Corinthians 4:4
The greatest effect of the fall is blindness.
Not the removal of truth —
but the inability to see it.
Man began to live:
- By what he sees
- By what he feels
- By what he understands naturally
Instead of living from:
- The image
- The Spirit
- The union with God
The veil is not on God.
The veil is on the mind of man.
The Promise Begins — The Seed of Restoration
“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman… it shall bruise thy head…” — Genesis 3:15
Even in the moment of the fall, God speaks forward.
The decree is not replaced —
it is now set on a path of restoration and manifestation.
The seed is introduced.
Not a new purpose —
but the recovery of the original one.
The image will be revealed again.
Dominion will be expressed again.
The Throne will be seen again.
The Plan of the Ages Begins to Unfold
“Declaring the end from the beginning…” — Isaiah 46:10
God does not react.
He reveals.
What appears as interruption
is actually unfolding.
The plan of the ages is not God fixing a mistake.
It is God revealing what He already knew.
Through:
- The law
- The prophets
- Christ
- The apostles
The same thought is carried forward:
👉 Man in His image
👉 Man in dominion
👉 Man expressing His life
The Earth Still Matters — The Purpose Remains
“The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.” — Psalm 115:16
The fall did not cause God to abandon the earth.
It did not change the assignment.
The earth is still man’s realm.
The purpose is still:
👉 Fill the earth
👉 Subdue the earth
👉 Exercise dominion in the earth
God never shifted His plan to escape.
He continued His plan to fill.
The Thread Continues — Dominion from Genesis Forward
The Throne of God revealed in Genesis still governs the narrative after the fall.
Nothing has changed in God’s mind.
Everything is moving toward manifestation.
What was spoken:
👉 “Let them have dominion”
Is now being carried forward through time.
The fall did not stop the story.
It set the stage for the unveiling.
Declaration
The fall did not define you.
The decree did.
You are not the result of failure.
You are the result of God’s intention.
The image is not gone.
The dominion is not revoked.
The veil is being removed.
Call to Action
Do not start your understanding at the fall.
Return to the beginning.
See what God said before anything was broken.
Then follow the thread forward.
In the next chapter, we will see how the pattern of dominion begins to reappear —
and how God introduces the order that will restore what was veiled.
🧭 Chapter 3 — Dominion Defined: What Rule Really Means
The Throne of God — Dominion Must Be Understood Correctly
“Let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
If dominion is misunderstood,
everything that follows will be distorted.
Men have taken this word and turned it into:
- Control
- Power over others
- Natural authority
- External rulership
But dominion, as defined by God,
has nothing to do with oppression.
Dominion is the expression of the Throne of God through His image.
It is not man ruling for himself.
It is God ruling through man.
Dominion Begins with God — Not Man
“The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.” — Psalm 103:19
All dominion originates from God.
Man does not create authority.
Man receives it.
The Throne is the source.
Man is the vessel.
Dominion is never independent.
It is always derived.
When man attempts to rule apart from God,
it ceases to be dominion
and becomes corruption.
Dominion Is Representation — Not Domination
“And God blessed them… and said… have dominion…” — Genesis 1:28
Dominion is not domination.
It is representation.
Man was created to represent:
- The nature of God
- The character of God
- The will of God
To rule in dominion is to bring creation
into alignment with the mind of God.
It is not force.
It is alignment.
The Pattern of Dominion — Christ Reveals the Nature of Rule
“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” — Matthew 28:18
Jesus Christ is the perfect expression of dominion.
Yet how did He rule?
- He served
- He healed
- He restored
- He gave life
“The Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister…” — Matthew 20:28
Dominion does not exalt self.
Dominion pours out life.
Christ shows us that true authority:
👉 Lifts
👉 Restores
👉 Brings into alignment
Dominion and Authority — Given, Not Taken
“Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you…” — John 15:16
Dominion is never seized.
It is given.
Man was not told to take dominion.
He was told to have dominion.
There is a difference.
Dominion is the result of being in alignment with God —
not striving to gain position.
Kings and Priests — The Order of Dominion
“And hath made us kings and priests unto God…” — Revelation 1:6
Dominion is always connected to priesthood.
A king without a priest becomes corrupt.
A ruler without union becomes destructive.
God’s design:
👉 Priesthood — union with God
👉 Kingship — expression in the earth
“And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” — Revelation 5:10
Notice:
👉 Reign
👉 On the earth
Dominion is always tied to:
- Union with God
- Expression in creation
The Earth Responds to Dominion
“Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it…” — Genesis 1:28
Dominion brings order.
It brings life.
It brings fruitfulness.
When man walks in true dominion:
- Chaos gives way to order
- Darkness gives way to light
- Death gives way to life
Dominion is not oppressive.
It is restorative.
False Dominion — The Corruption of the Fall
“Ye shall be as gods…” — Genesis 3:5
The serpent introduced a false version of dominion:
👉 Independence from God
This is where corruption begins.
Man began to:
- Seek power apart from God
- Define good and evil himself
- Rule from self instead of union
This is not dominion.
This is deception.
True dominion never separates from God.
It flows from Him.
The Restoration of Dominion in Christ
“For if by one man’s offence death reigned… much more they… shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.” — Romans 5:17
Christ restores what was veiled.
Not just forgiveness —
but dominion.
To reign in life is to:
- Live from the image
- Walk in union
- Express the Throne
Christ does not just save man.
He restores man to function.
The Thread Established — Dominion from Genesis to Revelation
Dominion in Genesis is defined in Christ
and fulfilled in the sons of God.
The Throne of God establishes:
👉 The source
👉 The pattern
👉 The expression
From Genesis to Revelation, dominion is not redefined.
It is revealed.
Declaration
Dominion is not control.
Dominion is not power over others.
Dominion is God expressed through you.
You were not created to rule apart from Him.
You were created to reveal Him.
The Throne is the source.
You are the vessel.
Call to Action
Let your understanding be corrected.
Do not define dominion by the world.
Do not define dominion by fallen systems.
Look at Christ.
See how He rules.
And prepare your heart for the next chapter,
where we will uncover the priesthood in seed form —
and the hidden pattern of Melchizedek from the beginning.
🧭 Chapter 4 — The Priesthood in Seed Form: Eden and the Hidden Order
The Throne of God — Priesthood Established from the Beginning
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
From the beginning, dominion was never meant to function alone.
It was always joined to something deeper:
👉 Priesthood
Before there was law…
before there was temple…
before there was sacrifice…
There was union with God.
The Throne of God was not only expressed in dominion —
it was sustained through relationship.
Eden — The First Sanctuary of God
“And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.” — Genesis 2:8
Eden was not just a garden.
It was the first sanctuary.
A place where:
- God walked
- Man dwelled
- Heaven and earth met
“And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden…” — Genesis 3:8
This reveals something profound:
👉 God was present
👉 Man had access
👉 Fellowship was normal
This is priesthood.
To Keep the Garden — A Priestly Assignment
“And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.” — Genesis 2:15
The word “keep” carries the meaning of:
👉 Guard
👉 Watch
👉 Preserve
This was not ordinary labor.
This was spiritual stewardship.
Man was placed in Eden as:
- A keeper of God’s dwelling
- A steward of divine presence
- A guardian of what was holy
This is priesthood in seed form.
Walking with God — The Essence of Priesthood
“And Enoch walked with God…” — Genesis 5:24
The pattern established in Eden continues.
Priesthood is not ritual first.
It is relationship first.
To walk with God is to:
- Live in awareness of Him
- Move in agreement with Him
- Function from union with Him
This was Adam’s design.
This was not added later.
This was the beginning.
The Hidden Pattern — Priest and King Together
Dominion reveals kingship.
Union reveals priesthood.
From the beginning, both were present.
Man was:
👉 A king — exercising dominion in the earth
👉 A priest — walking in union with God
This is the pattern later revealed more clearly:
“Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.” — Psalm 110:4
“For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the most high God…” — Hebrews 7:1
Melchizedek is not a new idea.
He is a revealed pattern of what was hidden in the beginning.
Melchizedek — The Revelation of the Original Order
Melchizedek appears in Scripture without introduction:
“And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine…” — Genesis 14:18
He is:
👉 A king
👉 A priest
No genealogy.
No beginning recorded.
No end declared.
This shows:
👉 This order is eternal
👉 This order is not temporary
👉 This order precedes the law
What Adam carried in seed form,
Melchizedek reveals in pattern,
Christ fulfills in fullness.
Christ — The Full Revelation of the Priest-King
“The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand…” — Psalm 110:1
“Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.” — Psalm 110:4
Jesus Christ is:
👉 The perfect priest
👉 The perfect king
He does not operate under the Levitical system.
He operates under the eternal order:
👉 Melchizedek
In Him, we see:
- Union with God
- Authority from God
- Dominion expressed through God
This is the restoration of the original design.
Kings and Priests — The Calling Restored
“And hath made us kings and priests unto God…” — Revelation 1:6
“And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” — Revelation 5:10
The end reveals what was in the beginning.
A people:
👉 In union with God
👉 Exercising dominion in the earth
Not just saved.
Not just forgiven.
But restored to:
👉 Priesthood
👉 Kingship
👉 Dominion
The Throne and the Garden — One Purpose
Eden was the beginning.
The Throne was always the source.
The two were never meant to be separated.
God’s design has always been:
👉 His Throne in heaven
👉 His presence with man
👉 His dominion expressed in the earth
The garden was not the end goal.
It was the beginning of expansion.
“Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…” — Genesis 1:28
The whole earth was meant to become:
👉 A dwelling place of God
👉 A realm of dominion
👉 A reflection of His glory
The Thread Established — Priesthood and Dominion United
The Throne of God reveals that dominion cannot function without priesthood.
From Genesis to Revelation:
- Priesthood and kingship are one
- Union and dominion are one
- The Throne and the earth are connected through man
What began in Eden
is fulfilled in a people.
Declaration
You were not created to rule alone.
You were created to rule from union.
You are not just called to authority.
You are called to priesthood.
The presence of God is not separate from dominion.
It is the source of it.
Call to Action
See the pattern.
Return to the beginning.
Understand that dominion flows from union.
In the next chapter, we will see the Throne of God more clearly —
and how all authority flows from Him alone.
🧭 Chapter 5 — The Throne of God: The Source of All Dominion
The Throne of God — The Source of All Authority and Rule
“The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.” — Psalm 103:19
Dominion does not begin with man.
Dominion begins with God.
Before man ever ruled in the earth,
God ruled over all.
The Throne of God is the source of:
- Authority
- Government
- Order
- Life
Everything that exists is under His rule.
Dominion is not something man possesses independently.
It is something man expresses from the Throne.
The Throne Revealed — Heaven’s Government Established
“Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool…” — Isaiah 66:1
The Throne of God reveals the structure of His government.
👉 Heaven — the place of His rule
👉 Earth — the place of His expression
This is not separation.
This is order.
God rules from the Throne,
but His will is carried out in the earth.
“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10
The prayer of Christ reveals the purpose:
👉 What is in heaven
👉 must be expressed in the earth
The Throne Is Not Distant — It Is Active
“I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up…” — Isaiah 6:1
“Behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.” — Revelation 4:2
The Throne of God is not symbolic only.
It is active.
It is:
- Governing
- Reigning
- Ordering all things
From Genesis to Revelation, the Throne is present.
It is not introduced later.
It is revealed progressively.
Authority Flows from the Throne Alone
“There is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.” — Romans 13:1
All authority flows from one source.
Not from man.
Not from systems.
Not from position.
From God.
When man operates in alignment with God,
he expresses true dominion.
When man operates apart from God,
he produces corruption.
The difference is not activity.
The difference is source.
The Throne and Man — The Intended Connection
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
Man was created to express what flows from the Throne.
Not to replace it.
Not to compete with it.
But to reveal it.
Adam was never meant to rule independently.
He was meant to rule as a reflection of God.
The Throne is the source.
Man is the expression.
The Throne and Christ — The Perfect Alignment
“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” — Matthew 28:18
Christ reveals perfect alignment with the Throne.
“The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do…” — John 5:19
Jesus never acted independently.
Everything He did:
- Came from the Father
- Reflected the Father
- Revealed the Father
This is dominion in its purest form.
Not independence —
but perfect union.
The Throne and the Sons — Dominion Restored
“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne…” — Revelation 3:21
This is the end of the matter.
The Throne is not only God’s seat.
It becomes the place of shared authority.
A people are brought into alignment
with the Throne itself.
“And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” — Revelation 5:10
Notice again:
👉 Reign
👉 On the earth
The Throne is the source.
The earth is the realm of expression.
The River of the Throne — Life Flowing into Creation
“And he shewed me a pure river of water of life… proceeding out of the throne of God…” — Revelation 22:1
Everything that flows from the Throne brings life.
- Healing
- Restoration
- Order
Dominion is not dry authority.
It is life flowing from God into creation.
Where the Throne is expressed:
👉 Life increases
👉 Darkness decreases
👉 Order is restored
The Thread Established — The Throne Governs All Dominion
From Genesis to Revelation:
- The Throne is the source
- Dominion is the expression
- Man is the vessel
The Throne of God establishes that all dominion in the earth must flow from Him.
Anything outside of that source is not true dominion.
Declaration
You do not carry authority apart from God.
You carry authority from Him.
The Throne is not distant from you.
It is the source of your life.
As you align with Him,
you express Him.
Call to Action
Lift your eyes to the source.
See the Throne.
Understand where dominion begins.
In the next chapter, we will see how God defines the earth itself —
and why His purpose has always been to fill it with His glory.
🧭 Chapter 6 — Dominion in the Earth: God’s Assigned Realm
The Throne of God — Dominion Given in the Earth
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
From the beginning, dominion was not abstract.
It was not undefined.
It was not heavenly in location.
It was earthly in assignment.
God did not say:
👉 Let them have dominion in heaven
He said:
👉 Let them have dominion
And then He defined where:
“Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it…” — Genesis 1:28
The earth is the assigned realm of dominion.
The Earth Given to Man — A Divine Assignment
“The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.” — Psalm 115:16
God retained heaven.
He gave the earth.
This was not temporary.
This was intentional.
Man was created to:
- Live in the earth
- Govern in the earth
- Express God in the earth
The assignment has never changed.
Heaven and Earth — Not Separation, But Order
“Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool…” — Isaiah 66:1
Heaven and earth are not in conflict.
They are in order.
👉 Heaven — the source
👉 Earth — the expression
God rules from the Throne,
but His will is carried out in the earth through man.
“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10
This is the purpose:
👉 Heaven revealed in earth
The Earth Was Meant to Be Filled — Not Abandoned
“Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…” — Genesis 1:28
“The earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord…” — Habakkuk 2:14
“Indeed, the whole earth is full of his glory.” — Isaiah 6:3
God’s intention has always been fullness.
Not emptiness.
Not escape.
Not abandonment.
The earth was created to be filled:
👉 With life
👉 With glory
👉 With the expression of God
The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth
“Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.” — Matthew 5:5
Christ does not redirect the promise.
He confirms it.
The inheritance is not relocation.
The inheritance is the earth itself.
Those who walk in alignment with God
inherit the very realm they were created to govern.
The Kingdom Is Established in the Earth
“And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed…” — Daniel 2:44
“The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord…” — Revelation 11:15
The kingdom of God is not separate from creation.
It comes into it.
It transforms it.
It governs it.
It fills it.
The earth is not discarded.
It is brought into alignment.
False Teaching — The Removal of Dominion from the Earth
Many teachings remove man from the earth.
They speak of:
- Escape
- Departure
- Abandonment of creation
But this violates the first decree.
God never said:
👉 Leave the earth
He said:
👉 Fill it
👉 Subdue it
👉 Have dominion
Any doctrine that removes man from the earth
removes him from his assignment.
The Earth Responds to Dominion
“Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands…” — Psalm 8:6
Creation responds to the image of God.
When man walks in alignment:
- The earth produces
- Life increases
- Order is established
When man is out of alignment:
- The ground resists
- Disorder increases
- Creation groans
“For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” — Romans 8:19
The earth is waiting.
The Thread Established — The Earth as the Realm of Fulfillment
From Genesis to Revelation, the earth remains central.
- Dominion begins in the earth
- The kingdom comes into the earth
- The sons reign in the earth
The Throne of God establishes heaven as the source,
but the earth as the realm of manifestation.
Declaration
You were not created for another realm.
You were created for this one.
The earth is not your obstacle.
It is your assignment.
God did not call you to escape creation.
He called you to fill it with His glory.
Call to Action
Set your understanding in order.
See the earth as God sees it.
Not as something to leave behind,
but as something to be filled.
In the next chapter, we will uncover how the fall affected this dominion —
and why it was veiled, but never removed.
🧭 Chapter 7 — The Fall: Dominion Distorted and Creation Groaning
The Throne of God — The Decree Was Not Reversed
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
What God spoke in the beginning was not undone by the fall.
The Throne of God was not shaken.
The decree was not withdrawn.
Dominion was not revoked.
But something changed.
Not in God —
but in man.
The issue is not that dominion was removed.
The issue is that dominion was distorted in expression.
The Shift — From Union to Independence
“Ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” — Genesis 3:5
The temptation was not simply disobedience.
It was independence.
Man was enticed to function:
👉 Apart from God
👉 Separate from the source
👉 Independent of the Throne
This is the root of all distortion.
Dominion was never meant to operate apart from God.
When man stepped out of union,
he did not gain authority —
he corrupted it.
The Mind Altered — Perception Replaced Reality
“And the eyes of them both were opened…” — Genesis 3:7
The fall introduced a new way of seeing.
Man shifted from:
- Spirit → to flesh
- Union → to separation
- Truth → to perception
This is the veil.
“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not…” — 2 Corinthians 4:4
The greatest damage of the fall is not external.
It is internal.
The mind became darkened.
Dominion Becomes Toil — The Earth Reflects the Shift
“Cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it…” — Genesis 3:17
The earth begins to mirror man’s condition.
What once responded easily
now resists.
Dominion becomes:
- Struggle
- Labor
- Resistance
Creation is no longer aligned.
It is affected by man’s disconnection.
Creation Groans — Waiting for Restoration
“For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” — Romans 8:19
“For we know that the whole creation groaneth…” — Romans 8:22
Creation is not abandoned.
It is waiting.
The earth itself testifies:
👉 Something is not aligned
👉 Something is not complete
👉 Something is yet to be revealed
Creation is waiting for:
👉 The restoration of true dominion
Death Enters — The Limitation of Expression
“By one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin…” — Romans 5:12
Death is not just physical.
It is limitation.
It is:
- Separation in awareness
- Restriction in expression
- Interruption of life flowing freely
Dominion cannot function fully where death reigns.
But even death does not cancel the decree.
It only limits the manifestation of it.
Man Still Bears the Image — But Does Not Walk in It
“This is the book of the generations of Adam… in the likeness of God made he him.” — Genesis 5:1
Even after the fall:
👉 The image remains
But man no longer walks in its fullness.
He lives below what he was created to express.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23
To come short of the glory
is to fall short of the expression of the image.
False Dominion — The Rise of Corrupted Rule
“And the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth…” — Genesis 6:5
When dominion is separated from God,
it becomes corruption.
Man begins to:
- Rule for self
- Control others
- Build systems of oppression
This is not dominion.
This is distortion.
True dominion cannot exist apart from the Throne.
The Promise Still Stands — God Speaks Forward
“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman…” — Genesis 3:15
Even in the fall, God speaks restoration.
The decree is not replaced.
It is now set on a path of revelation.
The seed is introduced.
The promise is given.
The outcome is secured.
God is not reacting.
He is unfolding what He already knew.
The Thread Established — Dominion Awaiting Manifestation
From Genesis forward:
- The image remains
- The decree stands
- The earth waits
The Throne of God has not changed.
Dominion is not gone.
It is awaiting manifestation.
What was spoken in the beginning
will be revealed in the end.
Declaration
You are not defined by the fall.
You are defined by the decree.
The distortion is not your identity.
The image is.
Dominion is not lost.
It is being restored.
Call to Action
Do not start your understanding with failure.
Start with God’s intention.
See beyond the distortion.
In the next chapter, we will see how God carries His original thought forward through the prophets —
declaring what shall come and revealing what must be restored.
🧭 Chapter 8 — The Promise Carried Forward: The Prophets Declare Dominion
The Throne of God — The Decree Echoes Through the Prophets
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
What God spoke in the beginning did not fade.
It echoed.
Through the prophets, the same thought begins to speak again:
👉 Dominion
👉 Government
👉 The earth filled with glory
The prophets were not introducing something new.
They were declaring what God had already decreed.
The Government of God Foretold
“For unto us a child is born… and the government shall be upon his shoulder…” — Isaiah 9:6
“Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end…” — Isaiah 9:7
The prophets saw:
👉 Government
👉 Authority
👉 Dominion
Not ending —
but increasing.
This is not a new plan.
This is the continuation of the first decree.
The Kingdom Given to the Saints
“And the kingdom and dominion… shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High…” — Daniel 7:27
Daniel sees what Genesis declared.
Dominion is not lost.
It is given.
It is restored.
It is placed into a people.
The vision of the prophets always points forward:
👉 A people in authority
👉 A people aligned with God
👉 A people expressing His rule
The Earth Filled with the Glory of God
“For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord…” — Habakkuk 2:14
The prophets never speak of abandoning the earth.
They speak of filling it.
👉 Not escape
👉 Not removal
👉 But fullness
This is the same command:
“Be fruitful… replenish the earth…” — Genesis 1:28
The prophets confirm the beginning.
The Restoration of Order in Creation
“The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb…” — Isaiah 11:6
“They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain…” — Isaiah 11:9
The prophets saw:
👉 Harmony restored
👉 Creation aligned
👉 Dominion functioning properly
This is not fantasy.
This is the restoration of what was intended from the beginning.
The Mountain of the Lord — Government Established in the Earth
“The mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established… and all nations shall flow unto it.” — Micah 4:1
This is government language.
The mountain represents:
👉 Authority
👉 Rule
👉 Dominion
And it is established:
👉 In the earth
👉 Among the nations
The prophets never point away from the earth.
They point to transformation within it.
The Branch — The Man in Union with God
“And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse…” — Isaiah 11:1
“The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him…” — Isaiah 11:2
The prophets begin to reveal:
👉 A man
👉 In union with God
👉 Carrying the Spirit
This is the restoration of:
👉 Image
👉 Priesthood
👉 Dominion
What Adam lost in expression,
this man will restore.
The Throne Foreseen — A King in Righteousness
“A king shall reign in righteousness…” — Isaiah 32:1
“Behold, the days come… that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper…” — Jeremiah 23:5
The prophets saw the Throne.
Not removed —
but revealed.
A king ruling in righteousness
is the expression of dominion as God intended.
The Promise of a New Heart — Restoration from Within
“A new heart also will I give you… and I will put my spirit within you…” — Ezekiel 36:26–27
The restoration is not external first.
It is internal.
The prophets saw that dominion would be restored:
👉 Through transformation
👉 Through the Spirit
👉 Through union with God
This brings man back to the image.
The Thread Established — The Prophets Preserve the Decree
From Genesis to the prophets:
- The decree remains
- The promise expands
- The vision becomes clearer
The Throne of God continues to reveal:
👉 Dominion is coming into manifestation
👉 The earth will be filled
👉 A people will arise
The prophets did not change the message.
They carried it forward.
Declaration
The promise has been spoken.
What God declared in the beginning
has been prophesied through the ages.
Dominion is not a forgotten idea.
It is a promised reality.
The earth will be filled.
The image will be revealed.
Call to Action
Listen to the prophets.
Hear what they saw.
They were not speaking of another world.
They were declaring this one transformed.
In the next chapter, we will see how this promise is fulfilled in Christ —
the perfect image and the full expression of the Throne.
🧭 Chapter 9 — The Pattern Revealed: Melchizedek and the Eternal Order
The Throne of God — The Order Behind Dominion Revealed
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
From the beginning, dominion was never without order.
It was never without structure.
It was never without source.
But that order was hidden.
In Genesis, it is seen in seed form.
In the prophets, it is spoken in promise.
Now, it begins to appear in clarity.
Melchizedek Appears — The Hidden Order Made Visible
“And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.” — Genesis 14:18
Suddenly, without genealogy, without introduction:
👉 A king
👉 A priest
One man carrying both.
This is not random.
This is revelation.
Melchizedek is the unveiling of what was always in the mind of God:
👉 Priesthood and kingship united
King and Priest — Dominion in Its True Form
Melchizedek is:
👉 King of Salem (peace)
👉 Priest of the Most High God
This reveals dominion in its true nature:
- Authority (king)
- Union (priest)
Dominion without priesthood becomes corruption.
Priesthood without dominion lacks expression.
God’s design has always been:
👉 Union with Him
👉 Expression in the earth
Together.
Without Beginning or End — The Eternal Nature of the Order
“Without father, without mother, without descent… having neither beginning of days, nor end of life…” — Hebrews 7:3
Melchizedek reveals something eternal.
This order:
👉 Does not begin in time
👉 Does not end in time
👉 Does not depend on genealogy
It is not Levitical.
It is not temporary.
It is eternal.
This means:
👉 What Adam carried in seed
👉 Was always meant to be eternal in expression
Abraham and Melchizedek — Recognition of the Higher Order
“And he blessed him… and he gave him tithes of all.” — Genesis 14:19–20
Abraham recognizes something.
He responds.
He honors.
This reveals:
👉 The order of Melchizedek is higher
👉 It precedes the law
👉 It stands above natural systems
This is the order through which dominion flows correctly.
The Limitation of the Levitical System
“If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood… what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchizedek?” — Hebrews 7:11
The law introduces structure,
but not perfection.
The Levitical priesthood:
- Was temporary
- Was symbolic
- Was preparatory
It could not restore dominion fully.
It pointed forward to something greater.
Christ — The Full Revelation of the Order
“The Lord hath sworn… Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.” — Psalm 110:4
Jesus Christ is the fulfillment.
He is not:
👉 A priest after Levi
He is:
👉 A priest after Melchizedek
In Him:
- Priesthood is perfected
- Kingship is perfected
- Dominion is restored
“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” — Matthew 28:18
Christ stands as:
👉 The image fully revealed
👉 The Throne fully expressed
👉 Dominion fully restored
Bread and Wine — The Nature of This Order
“Melchizedek… brought forth bread and wine…” — Genesis 14:18
This is not incidental.
This reveals:
👉 Life
👉 Covenant
👉 Communion
This order is not sustained by sacrifice of animals.
It is sustained by:
👉 Life shared
👉 Union experienced
👉 Covenant revealed
This points directly to Christ.
The Order Restored to a People
“And hath made us kings and priests unto God…” — Revelation 1:6
The order does not remain in one man alone.
It is extended to a people.
A people who are:
👉 In union with God
👉 Carrying His authority
👉 Expressing His dominion
“And we shall reign on the earth.” — Revelation 5:10
The pattern returns to the original decree.
The Thread Established — The Eternal Order of Dominion
From Genesis to Melchizedek to Christ to the sons:
- The order is one
- The purpose is one
- The Throne is one
Dominion is not random.
It flows through:
👉 The order of Melchizedek
👉 The union of priesthood and kingship
👉 The expression of God through man
Declaration
You are not called into a temporary system.
You are called into an eternal order.
You are not just a servant.
You are a king and a priest.
The order of Melchizedek is not distant.
It is your design.
Call to Action
See the pattern clearly.
What was hidden is now revealed.
Follow this order forward.
In the next chapter, we will see how the promise of dominion becomes a kingdom without end —
and how the government of God is established forever.
🧭 Chapter 10 — The Kingdom Without End: Dominion Established Forever
The Throne of God — Dominion Is Not Temporary
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
What God spoke in the beginning was not for a moment.
It was not for a season.
It was not for a temporary age.
It was eternal.
The Throne of God does not produce temporary outcomes.
It establishes everlasting purpose.
Dominion was never meant to rise and fall.
It was meant to continue — without end.
The Promise of an Everlasting Kingdom
“Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end…” — Isaiah 9:7
The prophets saw it clearly:
👉 Government
👉 Increase
👉 No end
Dominion does not decrease.
It increases.
The kingdom of God does not fade.
It expands.
This is the nature of the Throne.
The Throne of David — A Pattern of Eternal Rule
“And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.” — 2 Samuel 7:16
The promise to David was not about a man alone.
It was about a throne.
A throne that:
👉 Would not end
👉 Would not fail
👉 Would not be replaced
This points beyond David.
It points to:
👉 Christ
👉 The eternal kingdom
👉 Dominion established forever
Christ — The King Whose Dominion Never Ends
“He shall be great… and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David.” — Luke 1:32
“And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.” — Luke 1:33
Christ fulfills the promise.
His dominion is not limited.
It is:
👉 Eternal
👉 Unshakable
👉 Ever-increasing
“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” — Matthew 28:18
This is the full restoration of dominion.
The Kingdom Given — Dominion Shared with a People
“And the kingdom and dominion… shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High…” — Daniel 7:27
Dominion is not withheld.
It is given.
Not to one man only —
but to a people.
A people aligned with the Throne.
A people walking in union.
A people expressing God’s rule.
The Kingdom Comes into the Earth
“And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed…” — Daniel 2:44
“The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord…” — Revelation 11:15
The kingdom is not separate from the earth.
It enters it.
It transforms it.
It overtakes what is not aligned.
The end is not destruction of creation.
The end is alignment of creation.
The Increase — Dominion Expanding Through the Ages
“Of the increase of his government… there shall be no end…” — Isaiah 9:7
The kingdom grows.
Not by force.
Not by violence.
But by:
👉 Revelation
👉 Alignment
👉 Manifestation
From:
- Seed
- To growth
- To fullness
Dominion expands as the image is revealed.
The Throne and the Nations — All Brought Under Rule
“All nations shall serve him.” — Psalm 72:11
“And all dominions shall serve and obey him.” — Daniel 7:27
The scope of dominion is not small.
It is not limited.
It reaches:
👉 All nations
👉 All creation
👉 All realms of influence
The Throne governs all.
The End Revealed — God All in All
“Then cometh the end… that God may be all in all.” — 1 Corinthians 15:24–28
This is the final picture.
Not chaos.
Not abandonment.
But fullness.
God filling all things.
Dominion fully expressed.
Creation fully aligned.
The beginning and the end agree.
The Thread Established — Dominion Without End
From Genesis to Revelation:
- The decree stands
- The kingdom increases
- The dominion continues
The Throne of God establishes that dominion is eternal.
It does not end.
It is fulfilled.
Declaration
What God began, He completes.
Dominion is not temporary in your life.
It is part of an eternal kingdom.
You are called into something that does not fade.
Call to Action
Lift your vision.
See beyond time.
Understand the kingdom that cannot be shaken.
In the next chapter, we will see the fullness of God’s purpose —
the earth filled with His glory and the knowledge of Him covering all things.
🧭 Chapter 11 — The Earth Filled with His Glory: The Full Expression of Dominion
The Throne of God — The Earth as the Target of His Glory
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
From the beginning, the intention was not hidden.
God did not create man to exist in isolation.
He created man to fill something.
👉 The earth
Dominion was never the end in itself.
It was the means by which the earth would be filled
with the expression of God.
The Throne of God is the source —
but the earth is the target.
The Declaration of God — The Earth Shall Be Filled
“But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord.” — Numbers 14:21
This is not a possibility.
This is not a hope.
This is a declaration.
God does not say:
👉 The earth might be filled
He says:
👉 The earth shall be filled
The outcome is certain.
The Knowledge of His Glory — Covering the Earth
“For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” — Habakkuk 2:14
Not just glory —
but the knowledge of it.
This means:
👉 Awareness
👉 Understanding
👉 Revelation
The earth will not only experience His glory —
it will know it.
This connects directly to the fall:
👉 The veil removed
👉 The mind restored
👉 The image revealed
The Whole Earth Is Full of His Glory
“Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.” — Isaiah 6:3
The prophet sees something beyond the natural.
Not what appears —
but what is true.
The earth is not empty of God.
It is full of Him.
But it must be revealed.
From Garden to Earth — Expansion of the Original Design
“Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…” — Genesis 1:28
Eden was not the final goal.
It was the beginning.
The command was:
👉 Expand
👉 Multiply
👉 Fill
The garden was to become the earth.
The presence of God in one place
was to become the presence of God everywhere.
The Glory Revealed Through a People
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.” — Isaiah 60:1
The glory does not appear apart from man.
It is revealed through man.
A people arise:
👉 Carrying light
👉 Revealing glory
👉 Expressing God
Dominion is not abstract.
It is visible through a people.
The Nations Affected — The Reach of His Glory
“And the Gentiles shall come to thy light…” — Isaiah 60:3
“All nations shall be blessed in him.” — Genesis 22:18
The glory is not limited.
It spreads.
It reaches:
👉 Nations
👉 Peoples
👉 All of creation
The purpose of God has always been global.
The Kingdom Filling the Whole Earth
“The stone… became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.” — Daniel 2:35
The kingdom begins small.
But it grows.
Until it fills everything.
This is dominion in action.
Not forced —
but expanding.
Not imposed —
but revealed.
The River of Life — Flowing into All Creation
“And he shewed me a pure river of water of life… proceeding out of the throne of God…” — Revelation 22:1
Everything flows from the Throne.
Life moves outward.
Where the river flows:
👉 Healing comes
👉 Restoration comes
👉 Life increases
This is how the earth is filled.
The Thread Established — The Full Expression of Dominion
From Genesis to Revelation:
- The command is given
- The promise is declared
- The fulfillment is revealed
The Throne of God establishes that dominion leads to one outcome:
👉 The earth filled with His glory
Declaration
The earth will not remain as it is.
It will be filled.
The glory of God will be revealed.
The knowledge of Him will cover all things.
You are part of that purpose.
Call to Action
Lift your expectation.
See what God sees.
The earth is not lost.
It is destined.
In the next chapter, we will bring everything together —
and see how the first decree stands forever, fulfilled from beginning to end.
🧭 Chapter 12 — The First Decree Stands Forever: Dominion Fulfilled from Beginning to End
The Throne of God — What Was Spoken in the Beginning Is Fulfilled in the End
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26
The first decree was not an introduction alone.
It was the entire purpose of God declared in seed form.
Everything that follows in Scripture
flows from this one statement.
And everything that concludes in Revelation
returns to it.
The beginning and the end agree.
God Does Not Change — His Purpose Remains
“I am the Lord, I change not…” — Malachi 3:6
“Whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever…” — Ecclesiastes 3:14
God does not revise His intention.
He does not abandon His purpose.
He does not speak and then withdraw His word.
What He declared in Genesis
stands through every age.
Dominion was never canceled.
It was never replaced.
It was revealed.
The Restoration of All Things
“Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things…” — Acts 3:21
Restoration is not the creation of something new.
It is the revealing of what was always intended.
The image restored.
Dominion expressed.
Creation aligned.
This is not a different plan.
This is the fulfillment of the original one.
The Tabernacle of God with Man
“Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them…” — Revelation 21:3
This is the end.
Not separation.
Not distance.
But union.
God with man.
Man with God.
This is Eden restored —
not as a garden,
but as a filled earth.
Kings and Priests Reigning in the Earth
“And they shall reign for ever and ever.” — Revelation 22:5
“And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” — Revelation 5:10
The end reveals:
👉 A people
👉 In union
👉 Exercising dominion
The same pattern from the beginning:
- Image
- Priesthood
- Dominion
Now fully expressed.
The Throne and the River — Life Without Limitation
“And there shall be no more curse… but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it…” — Revelation 22:3
“And he shewed me a pure river of water of life… proceeding out of the throne of God…” — Revelation 22:1
The curse is removed.
The Throne is revealed.
Life flows without restriction.
This is dominion restored in fullness.
God All in All — The Final Expression
“That God may be all in all.” — 1 Corinthians 15:28
This is the ultimate outcome.
Not partial expression.
Not limited manifestation.
But fullness.
God filling:
👉 All things
👉 All creation
👉 All realms
Through a people in His image.
The Earth Remains — The Purpose Completed
“Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.” — Matthew 5:5
The earth is not discarded.
It is fulfilled.
It becomes:
👉 The dwelling place of God
👉 The realm of dominion
👉 The expression of His glory
The assignment has not changed.
It has been completed.
The Thread Fulfilled — Dominion from Genesis to Revelation
From Genesis to Revelation:
- The decree is spoken
- The plan unfolds
- The promise is carried
- The restoration is revealed
- The manifestation appears
The Throne of God establishes one unbroken truth:
👉 Dominion was always the purpose
👉 Dominion is fully revealed
Declaration
What God spoke in the beginning
has come to fullness.
You are not outside this plan.
You are part of its manifestation.
The image is revealed.
The dominion is established.
The Throne is expressed.
Call to Action
Return to the beginning — and now see the end.
Read the first decree again:
“Let us make man in our image… and let them have dominion.”
Now see it fulfilled.
Walk in it.
Live in it.
Express it.
And prepare to continue into the next volume —
where the plan of the ages unfolds in greater detail.
