Through his platform, The Finished Work of Christ, he has authored hundreds of teachings and books that unveil the divine plan of redemption from Genesis to Revelation.
His writings focus on the legal, vital, and administrative dimensions of God’s work — bringing clarity to the Atonement, the Kingdom of God, the manifestation of the sons, and the reconciliation of all things. With a strong emphasis on Scripture, structure, and spiritual insight, Carl’s mission is to awaken believers to their identity in Christ and to reveal the unfolding administration of God’s eternal purpose.
The Atonement — An Administration, Not an Event reveals the true meaning of the Atonement beyond a one-time act on the cross. This book explains how the Atonement is a divine administration — an ongoing work of Jesus Christ as High Priest, unfolding through the plan of the ages to reconcile all things. Covering key biblical themes such as the cross, resurrection, priesthood of Melchizedek, and the transformation of man, this teaching provides a full counsel perspective of redemption. Ideal for readers searching for deeper understanding of the Atonement, the finished work of Christ, and the reconciliation of all things, this book brings clarity, structure, and revelation from Genesis to Revelation.

🔥 Atonement: INTRODUCTION
Most people have been taught to see the Atonement as a moment.
A single event in history…
A cross on a hill…
A payment made for sin…
And while that is true, it is not complete.
The cross is not the whole story.
It is the entrance.
The Atonement did not begin at Calvary…
And it did not end there either.
Before the foundation of the world, the Lamb was already known.
In the mind of God, redemption was already established.
At the cross, it was revealed in time.
And now, it is being administered through the ages.
This is where many have stopped short.
They have seen the Atonement as:
👉 A legal payment
👉 A moment of forgiveness
👉 A doorway into salvation
But they have not seen it as:
👉 A priestly ministry
👉 A living administration
👉 A divine system unfolding through time
Jesus Christ did not simply die…
He rose.
And in rising, He did not retire from the work…
He entered into a new dimension of it.
He became:
✨ The High Priest
✨ The Mediator
✨ The Administrator of redemption
The Atonement is not frozen in the past.
It is alive.
It is working.
It is unfolding.
This book will take you beyond the surface…
Beyond the event…
Into the administration of Christ.
You will see:
- The Atonement before time
- The cross as the legal act
- The resurrection as the beginning of the living work
- The priesthood as the ongoing ministry
- The plan of the ages as the unfolding system
- The transformation of man as the evidence
- The reconciliation of all things as the end
This is the Atonement in its fullness.
Not just something that happened…
But something that is happening.
CHAPTER 1 — THE ATONEMENT MISUNDERSTOOD: EVENT VS ADMINISTRATION
The Atonement Has Been Reduced to a Moment
Most of the world has been taught to see the Atonement as a single moment in time.
A cross.
A death.
A payment for sin.
The message is often simplified to this:
Jesus died for your sins.
The debt was paid.
You are forgiven.
And while that is true, it is not the fullness of what the Scriptures reveal.
Because when the Atonement is reduced to an event, it produces a limited understanding. It causes people to live looking backward instead of seeing what God is doing now.
The Lamb Was Slain Before the Cross Ever Stood
“The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” — Revelation 13:8
This Scripture reveals something that cannot be ignored.
The Lamb was not first slain at Calvary…
He was slain in the mind and purpose of God before the world ever began.
This means the Atonement is not something God reacted with after man fell.
It was something God had already established before the fall ever occurred.
The cross, then, is not the beginning of redemption…
It is the manifestation of an eternal reality.
God does not work from reaction — He works from purpose.
And the Atonement is rooted in that eternal purpose.
“It Is Finished” — The Completion of the Legal Work
“It is finished.” — John 19:30
When Jesus spoke these words, He was not declaring that all of God’s activity had ended.
He was declaring that the legal foundation of redemption was complete.
The word “finished” speaks of something brought to completion, fulfilled, and fully accomplished.
At that moment:
- The requirement of the law was satisfied
- The penalty of sin was addressed
- The debt was fully paid
Nothing more needed to be added to the sacrifice.
But this does not mean that everything God intended was fully manifested at that moment.
It means the foundation was laid for everything that would follow.
God Was Reconciling the World — Not Just Individuals
“God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself…” — 2 Corinthians 5:19
This Scripture expands the scope of the Atonement beyond what many have been taught.
It does not say God was reconciling a few…
It says He was reconciling the world.
Reconciliation means:
- To remove enmity
- To restore relationship
- To bring back into harmony
At the cross, God was not merely forgiving individuals…
He was dealing with the entire condition of separation that existed between Himself and creation.
The Atonement, therefore, is not narrow…
It is cosmic in scope.
The Cross Was the Doorway — Not the Destination
At the cross:
- Sin was judged
- Justice was satisfied
- The law was fulfilled
But the cross was never meant to be the stopping point.
It was the doorway into something greater.
Because once the legal work was complete…
The living work could begin.
The Resurrection Introduced the Living Work of Christ
“He ever liveth to make intercession for them.” — Hebrews 7:25
This verse reveals that Christ did not remain in death.
He rose into a continual function.
The phrase “ever liveth” means:
- Continually alive
- Ongoing existence
- Active, not passive
And “intercession” does not simply mean pleading…
It means active involvement, representation, and administration on behalf of others.
This reveals that the Atonement did not end at the cross.
It moved into an ongoing ministry.
Christ is not only the One who died…
He is the One who is currently working.
Two Views of the Atonement
There are two ways to understand the Atonement.
The first is the event view.
It sees the cross as something that happened in the past, something completed and left behind. It focuses on forgiveness but often stops there.
The second is the administration view.
It sees the Atonement as something that began before time, was revealed at the cross, and is continuing now. It includes forgiveness, but goes beyond it into transformation, union, and purpose.
One produces remembrance.
The other produces participation.
The Atonement Is Alive and Working
The Atonement is not static.
It is not frozen in history.
It is:
- Working through the priesthood of Christ
- Moving through the plan of the ages
- Bringing creation into alignment with God
It is not only about what was done…
It is about what is being done.
What This Means for You
If the Atonement is only an event, then your life is centered on something that happened to you.
You were forgiven.
But if the Atonement is an administration, then your life is part of something that is happening in you.
You are being transformed.
You are being brought into union.
You are being aligned with the purpose of God.
You are not just a recipient of mercy…
You are a participant in a living work.
The Shift from Past to Present Reality
The cross is not just where your sins were dealt with…
It is where you were brought into an ongoing work.
A work that is still unfolding.
A work that is still operating.
A work that is still bringing all things into Christ.
The Atonement Is an Administration
The Atonement is not frozen in the past.
The cross was not the end.
Christ is not absent.
The work is not over.
The Atonement is a divine administration…
And it is still unfolding. 🔥
CHAPTER 2 — THE LAMB SLAIN BEFORE THE FOUNDATION
The Atonement Began Before Time
Most people think the Atonement began when Jesus went to the cross.
But the Scriptures reveal something far greater.
“The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” — Revelation 13:8
This verse does not say the Lamb was slain at the cross alone…
It says He was slain from the foundation of the world.
This means the Atonement did not originate in history.
It originated in eternity.
Before creation existed…
Before man fell…
Before sin entered the world…
The answer was already established in God.
God did not create a world without already having redemption in His heart.
God Chose You Before the Fall Ever Happened
“According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world…” — Ephesians 1:4
This Scripture reveals that God’s plan was not built after failure…
It was established before anything ever went wrong.
To be “chosen in Him” means:
- Your identity was already rooted in Christ
- Your place was already established in God’s purpose
- Your inclusion was not an afterthought
God did not look at the fall and then decide what to do.
He had already chosen, already planned, already established the outcome.
Grace Was Given Before the World Began
“Who hath saved us… according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.” — 2 Timothy 1:9
Grace is not God reacting to sin.
Grace is God’s eternal intention.
This verse shows:
- Salvation is tied to God’s purpose
- Grace existed before time
- Christ was central to that purpose from the beginning
This means the Atonement is not an emergency response…
It is the unfolding of something that always existed in God’s mind.
Christ Was Foreordained — Not an Accident
“Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times…” — 1 Peter 1:20
“Foreordained” means:
- Appointed beforehand
- Determined in advance
- Established before time
Christ did not come to the cross as a reaction to man’s failure.
He came as the manifestation of a predetermined plan.
The cross was not Plan B.
It was the revealing of what God had already settled.
The Cross Revealed What Eternity Had Already Established
When Jesus died, something eternal broke into time.
What had been hidden in God’s purpose…
Was now revealed in the earth.
The cross is where:
- Eternal purpose met natural history
- The invisible became visible
- The unseen plan became manifest
The Atonement was not created at the cross…
It was revealed at the cross.
God Works From Completion, Not Reaction
One of the greatest misunderstandings is thinking God reacts like man.
Man reacts.
God purposes.
God does not wait for events to unfold and then decide what to do.
He declares the end from the beginning.
“Declaring the end from the beginning…” — Isaiah 46:10
This means:
- The outcome was known before the process began
- Redemption was established before the fall occurred
- The Atonement was not uncertain — it was guaranteed
God created with the end already in view.
The Atonement Is Rooted in Eternal Purpose
Because the Atonement began before time, it cannot fail in time.
It is not fragile.
It is not uncertain.
It is not dependent on human effort.
It is anchored in:
- God’s will
- God’s purpose
- God’s determination
What begins in eternity…
Will be fulfilled in time.
The Administration Begins in Eternity
This is where the understanding begins to open.
If the Atonement existed before the foundation…
Then it is not just an event in time.
It is part of an eternal administration.
It began:
👉 In God’s purpose before creation
👉 Was revealed at the cross
👉 Is now being worked out through the ages
This is not a temporary system.
This is a divine operation that spans eternity.
What This Means for You
You were never outside of God’s plan.
You were never an afterthought.
You were never something God had to fix after the fact.
You were:
- Chosen before the foundation
- Included in Christ before time
- Part of a purpose that cannot fail
Your life is not random…
It is connected to an eternal intention.
The Lamb Was Slain — and It Cannot Fail
The Lamb was not slain in uncertainty.
He was slain in purpose.
And because this was established before time…
It will be fulfilled in time.
The Foundation of the Administration
The Atonement did not begin at the cross.
It began in eternity.
The cross revealed it.
The resurrection activated it.
The ages are unfolding it.
And the end will complete it.
CHAPTER 3 — THE CROSS: THE LEGAL ACT OF GOD
The Cross Was Not Just Suffering — It Was a Legal Act
Many see the cross only as a place of suffering.
They see the pain…
The nails…
The sacrifice…
But the Scriptures reveal that the cross was more than suffering.
It was a legal act.
It was the place where God dealt with sin, not emotionally… but judicially.
The cross was where heaven’s justice and mercy met in perfect agreement.
God Must Be Just — Not Just Merciful
“To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.” — Romans 3:26
This Scripture reveals a critical truth.
God is not only loving…
He is just.
To be “just” means:
- He upholds righteousness
- He does not ignore sin
- He governs according to truth
To be the “justifier” means:
- He declares righteous
- He restores the guilty
- He brings man into right standing
At the cross, God did both.
He did not compromise His justice to show mercy…
And He did not withhold mercy to maintain justice.
He satisfied both at the same time.
Christ Became the Legal Substitute
“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us…” — Galatians 3:13
This verse reveals the legal nature of the cross.
The “curse of the law” refers to the judgment and penalty that the law required because of sin.
To be “made a curse” means:
- Christ took upon Himself the legal consequence
- He stood in the place of man
- He bore what the law demanded
This was not symbolic…
It was substitutional.
He stepped into the position of the guilty, so the guilty could be brought into freedom.
The Debt Was Not Ignored — It Was Removed
“Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us… nailing it to his cross.” — Colossians 2:14
The “handwriting of ordinances” refers to the record of debt.
The charges.
The violations.
The legal requirements of the law.
To “blot out” means:
- To erase completely
- To remove from record
- To eliminate the charge
And to nail it to the cross means:
- The record of debt was taken out of the way
- The legal accusation lost its power
- The claim against man was canceled
God did not overlook the debt…
He removed it legally.
Without Blood, There Is No Legal Release
“Without shedding of blood is no remission.” — Hebrews 9:22
This Scripture establishes a principle.
Remission means:
- Release from penalty
- Forgiveness of debt
- Freedom from obligation
But it does not come without cost.
The shedding of blood represents:
- The giving of life
- The satisfaction of justice
- The fulfillment of the law’s demand
Life was required…
And Christ gave His.
The Cross Fulfilled the Law Completely
The law was not destroyed at the cross…
It was fulfilled.
Every requirement…
Every demand…
Every judgment…
Was satisfied in Christ.
Nothing was left undone.
Nothing was left unpaid.
Nothing was left unresolved.
The cross is the place where the law reached its full conclusion.
The Legal Barrier Was Removed
At the cross, something happened that changed everything.
The barrier between God and man was not just addressed…
It was removed.
The enmity was dealt with.
The separation was confronted.
The distance was bridged.
This was not partial…
It was complete in its legal effect.
The Cross Opened the Way — It Did Not End the Work
This is where many misunderstand.
Because the legal work was completed…
They assume the entire work is finished in every sense.
But the cross completed the legal foundation.
It opened the way for:
- Relationship
- Transformation
- Administration
It did not conclude the purpose of God…
It made the purpose of God possible to unfold.
The Legal Act Secured the Outcome
Because the cross was a legal act…
It secured something permanent.
It was not temporary.
It was not uncertain.
It was not dependent on future approval.
It was established in righteousness.
What God accomplished at the cross cannot be undone.
Because it was done according to His justice.
What This Means for You
Your standing with God is not based on your effort…
It is based on a completed legal act.
The debt is not pending.
The charge is not active.
The case is not open.
It has been settled.
But this is not where your journey ends…
This is where it begins.
The Cross Is the Foundation of the Administration
The cross is the legal center of the Atonement.
It is the place where everything was secured.
But it is not the full expression of everything God intends.
It is the foundation upon which the administration stands.
The Legal Act of God Stands Forever
The cross was not just an event of suffering…
It was the legal act of God.
Justice was satisfied.
The law was fulfilled.
The debt was removed.
And the way was opened.
CHAPTER 4 — THE RESURRECTION: THE BIRTH OF THE LIVING WORK
The Cross Was Not the End — The Resurrection Was the Beginning
The cross completed the legal work…
But the resurrection began the living work.
If Christ had only died, the Atonement would be incomplete in manifestation.
Because the cross dealt with sin…
But the resurrection released life.
The Atonement is not only about death…
It is about life overcoming death.
Raised for Justification — Not Just Forgiveness
“Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.” — Romans 4:25
This Scripture reveals a critical transition.
Christ was delivered (given over) because of sin…
But He was raised for justification.
Justification is more than forgiveness.
It means:
- To be declared righteous
- To be brought into right standing
- To be established as accepted before God
The resurrection is the proof that the work was accepted.
It is heaven’s declaration that:
👉 The debt is settled
👉 The sacrifice is sufficient
👉 The standing is restored
Without the resurrection, there is no confirmation.
But because He lives, justification stands.
The Firstfruits — The Beginning of a New Order
“Now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.” — 1 Corinthians 15:20
“Firstfruits” means:
- The first of a kind
- The beginning of a harvest
- The pattern of what is to follow
Christ did not rise as an isolated individual…
He rose as the beginning of a new creation order.
His resurrection is not just about Him…
It is about what He is bringing forth.
A new humanity.
A new life.
A new order of existence.
Death No Longer Has Dominion
“Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.” — Romans 6:9
This verse reveals the power of the resurrection.
“Dominion” means:
- Authority
- Rule
- Control
Death once held power…
But in the resurrection, that power was broken.
Christ did not just escape death…
He overcame it.
And in overcoming it, He established a new reality:
Death is no longer the ruling force.
Life has taken its place.
The Power of an Endless Life
“After the power of an endless life.” — Hebrews 7:16
This phrase defines the nature of the resurrected Christ.
Endless life means:
- Life that cannot be stopped
- Life that cannot decay
- Life that cannot be overcome
This is not natural life…
It is divine life.
The resurrection was not a return to the old life…
It was the introduction of a life that has no end.
From Death to Life — The Shift Into Administration
At the cross, Christ died.
In the resurrection, He entered into a new function.
He did not return to continue where He left off…
He stepped into something greater.
The resurrection marks the shift from:
👉 Sacrifice → Administration
👉 Death → Life
👉 Completion → Continuation
This is where the Atonement begins to operate as a living system.
The Living Christ Is Now Active
The resurrection reveals that Christ is not inactive.
He is not distant.
He is not finished in the sense of ceasing from work.
He is alive…
And because He is alive, He is:
- Acting
- Interceding
- Administering
- Bringing the purpose of God into reality
The Atonement is not just something He did…
It is something He is now carrying out.
The Resurrection Validates and Activates the Work
The cross established the legal foundation…
But the resurrection activated the power of that foundation.
It proves:
- The sacrifice was accepted
- The work was complete legally
- The life of God is now released
Without resurrection, the cross would remain an event.
With resurrection, the cross becomes a living reality.
What This Means for You
You are not connected to a dead Savior…
You are connected to a living Christ.
Your life is not rooted in what happened only…
It is rooted in what is happening now.
Because He lives:
👉 The work continues
👉 The transformation is possible
👉 The administration is active
You are not just forgiven…
You are connected to life.
The Resurrection Is the Beginning of the Living Atonement
The resurrection is not a side note…
It is the turning point.
It is where the Atonement moves from:
- Legal → Living
- Finished → Functioning
- Event → Administration
The Living Work Has Begun
Christ is risen.
Death has been broken.
Life has been released.
The work has moved into operation.
The Atonement is no longer just something that happened…
It is something that is alive.
CHAPTER 5 — THE HIGH PRIEST: THE ATONEMENT CONTINUES
Christ Did Not Finish and Sit Idle — He Rose Into Office
Many have been taught that when Jesus said, “It is finished,” everything ended.
But the Scriptures reveal something different.
The cross completed the sacrifice…
But the resurrection introduced the priesthood.
Christ did not rise to retire.
He rose to function.
A Priest Forever — Not Temporary
“Thou art a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.” — Psalm 110:4
This Scripture reveals the nature of Christ’s priesthood.
“Forever” means:
- Without end
- Without interruption
- Without replacement
This is not like the Old Testament priesthood, where priests lived, served, and died.
This is an eternal priesthood.
The order of Melchizedek speaks of:
- A king and a priest combined
- A priesthood not based on lineage
- A ministry that does not pass away
Christ is not a priest for a season…
He is a priest eternally.
He Ever Lives — The Work Is Ongoing
“Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost… seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.” — Hebrews 7:25
This verse is one of the clearest revelations of the ongoing Atonement.
“He ever liveth” means:
- He is continually alive
- He is actively present
- He is functioning without interruption
“To make intercession” means:
- To represent
- To stand in behalf of
- To actively administer on behalf of others
This is not passive.
This is active.
Christ is not remembering what He did…
He is continuing what He began.
The Great High Priest Over the House of God
“Seeing then that we have a great high priest… Jesus the Son of God…” — Hebrews 4:14
This reveals Christ’s position.
He is not just a priest…
He is the Great High Priest.
That means:
- He stands above all other priests
- He holds the highest authority
- He governs the entire priestly function
The “house of God” refers to:
- The people of God
- The structure of God’s purpose
- The unfolding plan of redemption
Christ is over all of it.
The One Mediator Between God and Man
“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” — 1 Timothy 2:5
A mediator is one who:
- Stands between two parties
- Brings them into agreement
- Maintains the relationship
Christ does not just bring God and man together once…
He maintains the connection.
He is the living link.
The ongoing bridge.
The active connection between heaven and earth.
From Sacrifice to Priesthood
At the cross, Christ functioned as the sacrifice.
But in the resurrection, He functions as the priest.
The sacrifice was:
👉 Offered once
The priesthood is:
👉 Ongoing forever
This is the shift most people miss.
They see the sacrifice…
But they do not see the priest.
The Priesthood Means the Atonement Is Still Operating
If Christ is still a priest…
Then the Atonement is still active.
Because the priesthood exists to:
- Apply the work
- Administer the results
- Bring the purpose into reality
The Atonement is not sitting in history…
It is being administered now.
The Ministry of Christ Is Present, Not Past
Christ is not:
- Absent
- Distant
- Finished in activity
He is:
- Present
- Active
- Functioning
He is working within the plan of God to bring everything into alignment.
What This Means for You
You are not connected to a past work alone…
You are connected to a present ministry.
Because Christ is your High Priest:
👉 The work is still reaching you
👉 The purpose is still unfolding in you
👉 The connection is still alive
You are not alone in this…
You are under a living administration.
The Atonement Is Being Administered Through the Priesthood
The priesthood of Christ is the evidence that the Atonement continues.
It is not theoretical.
It is functional.
It is operating.
Christ is:
- Interceding
- Mediating
- Administering
And through this, the purpose of God is being carried forward.
The Living Priesthood Cannot Fail
Because Christ lives forever…
His priesthood cannot fail.
Because His priesthood cannot fail…
The Atonement cannot fail.
Because the Atonement cannot fail…
The purpose of God will be fulfilled.
The Atonement Continues
The cross was the offering.
The resurrection was the beginning of life.
The priesthood is the continuation of the work.
Christ is not finished in the sense of stopping…
He is finished in the sense of being fully established and now operating.
CHAPTER 6 — THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE AGES
God Works Through Ordered Time, Not Random Moments
The Atonement is not being worked out randomly.
It is unfolding according to divine order.
God does not act without structure.
He moves through:
- Seasons
- Times
- Ages
Everything He does is governed by purpose and timing.
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1
This means:
- Every phase of God’s work has its appointed time
- Nothing is rushed
- Nothing is delayed
- Everything unfolds according to His design
The Atonement is part of that design.
The Dispensation of the Fullness of Times
“That in the dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ…” — Ephesians 1:10
This verse is one of the clearest revelations of divine administration.
“Dispensation” means:
- Administration
- Stewardship
- Ordered management of a plan
“Fullness of times” means:
- The completion of all appointed seasons
- The culmination of God’s timeline
- The final stage of His unfolding purpose
This verse reveals that God is administering time itself to bring everything into Christ.
The goal is clear:
👉 To gather together all things in Him
👉 To bring everything into unity
👉 To restore alignment in creation
The Atonement is the means by which this is happening.
God Has Spoken in Different Ages
“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past… Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son…” — Hebrews 1:1–2
This Scripture shows progression.
“Sundry times” means:
- Different seasons
- Different ages
- Different phases of revelation
God did not reveal everything at once.
He unfolded truth:
- In stages
- In measures
- In progression
Now, in Christ, the fullness of that revelation is being brought forth.
The Atonement is not a single revelation…
It is progressively unveiled.
From Servants to Sons — The Progression of Maturity
“The heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant… But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son…” — Galatians 4:1–4
This passage reveals movement.
It shows:
- A child under tutors
- A transition into maturity
- A fullness of time when the Son is revealed
The Atonement is not just about rescue…
It is about bringing man into maturity.
From:
👉 Bondage → Freedom
👉 Immaturity → Sonship
👉 Limitation → Inheritance
This is part of the administration.
The Atonement Is Unfolding Through the Ages
The Atonement has a flow.
It moves through phases.
It is not static.
It unfolds through what can be understood as:
- Law
- Grace
- Fullness
Each phase reveals more of God’s purpose.
Each phase builds upon the last.
Each phase moves creation closer to completion.
The Law — The Foundation of Understanding
Under the law:
- Sin was revealed
- Sacrifices were introduced
- Types and shadows were established
The law did not complete the Atonement…
It pointed to it.
It gave structure.
It gave language.
It gave understanding of what would come.
Grace — The Manifestation in Christ
In grace:
- Christ came
- The cross took place
- The legal work was completed
Grace revealed what the law could not fulfill.
It brought the Atonement into manifestation.
Fullness — The Completion of the Purpose
The fullness is where:
- The Atonement is fully realized
- The purpose of God is completed
- All things are brought into Christ
This is where the administration is headed.
Not partial…
But complete.
God Is Bringing All Things Into Alignment
The Atonement is not only about individuals…
It is about all things.
God is working through time to:
- Align creation
- Restore order
- Bring unity
This is not chaos…
This is administration.
The Process Is Intentional
Nothing in God’s plan is accidental.
Every stage has purpose.
Every delay has meaning.
Every unfolding step is part of the design.
Because God is not reacting…
He is administering.
What This Means for You
You are not living in a random moment.
You are living in a specific place within God’s timeline.
That means:
👉 Your life is part of a larger plan
👉 Your growth is part of a divine process
👉 Your position is not accidental
You are inside the administration.
The Atonement Is Moving Toward Completion
The Atonement is not drifting.
It is moving toward a defined end.
Every age…
Every phase…
Every step…
Is leading toward completion.
The Administration of the Ages Cannot Fail
Because God is the one administering it…
It cannot fail.
Because He has declared the end from the beginning…
It will be fulfilled.
The Atonement is not uncertain.
It is unfolding exactly as He planned.
The Atonement Is Being Worked Out Through Time
The cross revealed it.
The resurrection activated it.
The priesthood continues it.
The ages are unfolding it.
The Administration Is Still Moving
The Atonement is not finished in manifestation.
It is still moving.
Still working.
Still bringing all things into Christ.
CHAPTER 7 — THE TRANSFORMATION OF MAN
The Atonement Is Not Just Forgiveness — It Is Transformation
Most people have been taught that the Atonement is about forgiveness.
And forgiveness is real.
But forgiveness alone is not the goal.
If the Atonement only forgives…
Then man remains the same.
Still bound.
Still limited.
Still unchanged.
But the purpose of God is not just to forgive man…
It is to transform him.
A New Creation — Not an Improved Old One
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17
This Scripture does not describe improvement…
It describes creation.
A “new creature” means:
- A new order of being
- A new nature
- A new identity
“Old things are passed away” means:
- The former identity is no longer the foundation
- The old condition is no longer the governing reality
“All things are become new” means:
- A new life has begun
- A new reality is established
- A new identity is present
The Atonement does not polish the old man…
It brings forth the new.
Conformed to the Image of the Son
“For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son…” — Romans 8:29
This reveals the goal of transformation.
To be “conformed” means:
- Shaped into
- Brought into likeness
- Formed according to a pattern
The pattern is Christ.
The Atonement is not just about removing sin…
It is about forming Christ in man.
This is not external…
It is internal.
Christ in You — The Reality of Transformation
“Christ in you, the hope of glory.” — Colossians 1:27
This verse reveals where the transformation takes place.
Not outside of you…
But within you.
“Christ in you” means:
- His life is within
- His nature is present
- His reality is active
“The hope of glory” means:
- The expectation of full manifestation
- The unfolding of what has been placed within
Transformation is not you trying to become something…
It is Christ expressing Himself through you.
The Change Is Both Inward and Outward
“Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body…” — Philippians 3:21
This reveals the scope of transformation.
It is not limited to the spirit or soul…
It extends to the whole being.
“To change” means:
- To transform
- To alter form
- To bring into a new state
This shows that the Atonement is not partial.
It is complete in its intention.
It reaches:
- The inner life
- The outer expression
- The full man
Transformation Is the Evidence of the Atonement
If the Atonement is active…
There will be evidence.
Not just belief…
But change.
Not just confession…
But transformation.
Because the Atonement is not theoretical…
It is functional.
From Adam to Christ
The transformation of man is a transition.
From:
👉 The first man (Adam)
👉 To the second man (Christ)
From:
👉 Natural life
👉 To spiritual life
From:
👉 Separation
👉 To union
The Atonement is the bridge between these two realities.
The Life of Christ Is the Agent of Change
Transformation does not come through effort.
It comes through life.
The life of Christ is:
- The power
- The source
- The means
As His life operates, transformation takes place.
Not forced…
But formed.
The Process of Transformation Is Ongoing
Transformation is not instant in manifestation.
It unfolds.
It grows.
It develops.
Because the Atonement is being administered…
Transformation is being worked out.
This is part of the administration.
What This Means for You
You are not meant to stay the same.
You are not meant to remain bound to the old nature.
You are part of a process that is:
👉 Changing you
👉 Forming you
👉 Bringing you into likeness with Christ
You are not just forgiven…
You are being transformed.
The Goal Is the Image of Christ
The end of transformation is not improvement…
It is likeness.
To think like Him.
To live like Him.
To express Him.
This is the purpose of the Atonement in you.
Transformation Is the Proof of the Administration
The Atonement is not just something that happened at the cross…
It is something that is working within you.
And the evidence of that work is transformation.
The Work Is Still Moving in You
You are not finished.
You are not complete in manifestation yet.
But the work is active.
It is moving.
It is forming Christ within you.
The Atonement Produces a New Man
The Atonement does not leave man as he was.
It produces something new.
A new creation.
A new identity.
A new life.
The Transformation of Man Is Inevitable in the Plan of God
Because the Atonement is active…
Transformation is inevitable.
Because Christ is alive…
The change will continue.
Because God has purposed it…
It will be fulfilled.
CHAPTER 8 — THE END OF THE ADMINISTRATION: GOD ALL IN ALL
The Atonement Is Moving Toward a Definite End
The Atonement is not drifting without direction.
It is not an endless cycle.
It is moving toward a defined conclusion.
From eternity…
Through the cross…
Through the resurrection…
Through the ages…
It is advancing toward one ultimate purpose.
God has an end in view.
God Will Be All in All
“Then cometh the end… that God may be all in all.” — 1 Corinthians 15:24–28
This Scripture reveals the final outcome of the Atonement.
“The end” does not mean termination…
It means:
- Completion
- Fulfillment
- The goal reached
“God all in all” means:
- God fully expressed in everything
- No separation remaining
- No opposition left standing
- Complete alignment in all creation
This is the destination of the administration.
Everything is moving toward this reality.
All Things Reconciled — Not Left Divided
“And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself…” — Colossians 1:20
This verse reveals the scope of the Atonement’s completion.
“All things” means:
- Nothing excluded
- Nothing outside the reach
- Nothing left unresolved
“To reconcile” means:
- To restore harmony
- To remove division
- To bring into unity
The Atonement is not partial in its intention.
It is complete.
It is working toward the reconciliation of all things.
Every Knee Will Bow — Universal Recognition
“That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow… and every tongue should confess…” — Philippians 2:10–11
This is not forced submission…
It is revealed truth.
“Every knee” means:
- Every realm
- Every authority
- Every being
“Every tongue” means:
- Every voice
- Every confession
- Every acknowledgment
This is the moment when all creation recognizes what has been accomplished.
Not in fear…
But in revelation.
All Things Made New — The Final State
“Behold, I make all things new.” — Revelation 21:5
This is not the destruction of creation…
It is the renewal of it.
“All things new” means:
- Restored
- Renewed
- Brought into original intention
God is not abandoning creation…
He is transforming it.
The Atonement leads to renewal, not ruin.
The Administration Reaches Its Fullness
At this point, the administration is complete.
Everything that was:
- Planned in eternity
- Revealed at the cross
- Activated in the resurrection
- Administered through the ages
Has now reached fulfillment.
Nothing is left undone.
Nothing is left incomplete.
The End of Separation
The Atonement removes all separation.
No distance between God and man.
No division within creation.
No enmity remaining.
Everything is brought into unity.
This is the full effect of reconciliation.
The Victory of Christ Is Total
Christ does not partially succeed.
He fully accomplishes.
The Atonement is not a limited victory…
It is a complete triumph.
Everything that opposed:
- Is overcome
- Is brought into order
- Is placed under His authority
What This Means for You
You are not part of a failing plan.
You are part of a plan that reaches completion.
Your life is connected to something that:
👉 Cannot fail
👉 Will not stop
👉 Will be fulfilled
You are part of a work that ends in victory.
The Beginning and the End Are One
What God began in eternity…
He completes in manifestation.
The Lamb slain before the foundation…
Is the same Lamb who brings all things into completion.
The beginning and the end are connected.
Nothing is lost between them.
The Atonement Is Complete in Purpose
The Atonement is not just complete legally…
It is complete in its purpose.
It will accomplish:
- Reconciliation
- Restoration
- Unity
Everything God intended…
Will be fulfilled.
God’s Plan Stands Forever
God’s purpose does not change.
It does not fail.
It does not fall short.
Because it is rooted in Him.
And what is rooted in Him…
Will stand forever.
The Administration Has an End — And It Is Glory
The Atonement is not endless in process…
It is endless in result.
It reaches completion…
And that completion is glory.
God revealed.
Creation restored.
All things in Him.
The Final Declaration
The Atonement began in eternity.
It was revealed at the cross.
It was activated in the resurrection.
It is administered through the ages.
And it will be completed when:
🔥 God is all in all
🔥 All things are reconciled
🔥 All things are made new
The Work Will Be Finished in Fullness
The Atonement is not uncertain.
It is not incomplete.
It is not failing.
It is moving toward a guaranteed end.
